The World of Kia Wordsmith

Created in 2018, the Kia Wordsmith series is set in the fantastical Arrak-Al-Tar, a place where magic and science co-exist shaping the fabric of the city into something truly special. But, as with any city, dark forces are at work. 

Kia, a teenage free-runner who finds solace on the rooftops of Arrak-Al-Tar, finds herself being drawn into this dangerous world as she chases a mysterious figure across the city's darkened rooftops. From there, her life is thrown into chaos as she becomes the guardian of a strange creature freed by her impulsive actions. But is she ready to face the consequences?

Drawn by Ian Ashcroft and written by Dave West, Kia Wordsmith is an exciting series that dabbles in magic, science and adventure weaving together storytelling and art to explore some reality altering ideas.
